Eligibility: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
Job Responsibilities
* Handle full set of accounts for overseas entities (including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong), including general ledger management and month-end closing.
* Perform account reconciliations, review settlements, execute payments, and maintain financial system data to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
* Prepare and support tax filings, audits, and follow up on discrepancies or exceptions.
* Collaborate with HQ and regional teams to continuously improve financial processes and internal controls.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in general ledger or full-set accounting; experience with multi-entity or overseas accounts is preferred.
* Familiar with month-end closing, financial reporting, reconciliations, payments, and tax processes.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
* Detail-oriented, with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to read and write in English.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in cross-border payments, platform settlements, or internet-related industries.
* Familiar with payment platforms such as Airwallex, PayPal, Wise, and Stripe.
* Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
