Job Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for Work Permit (WP), S Pass, and local positions

Coordinate interviews, liaise with clients and candidates on job requirements

Handle full recruitment cycle from job posting to successful placement

Maintain candidate records and ensure MOM documentation compliance

Build long-term relationships with both clients and job seekers

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Quick-thinking and achievement-oriented

Ability to work independently and in a team

Basic Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) knowledge

Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
