We are a licensed manpower agency in Singapore providing foreign and local staffing solutions across various industries. As part of our growth, we are looking for motivated and driven individuals to join us as Telemarketers.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients (companies) to promote manpower services

Generate and qualify leads for recruitment placements

Set up appointments and coordinate with recruitment consultants

Maintain accurate call records and client databases

Assist with simple admin follow-up after client engagement

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Quick-thinking and achievement-oriented

Ability to work independently and in a team

Basic Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) knowledge

Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
