Job Title: Customer Service Representative (E-Bike Store)

Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our e-bike store team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing product information, assisting with purchases, and ensuring an excellent in-store and online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

  • Provide detailed information about electric bicycles, accessories, and services

  • Handle customer inquiries via in-store, phone, and online channels (e.g., chat, email)

  • Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately

  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and after-sales support

  • Coordinate with the technical team for repairs and maintenance requests

  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic knowledge or interest in electric bicycles or mobility products is an advantage

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

  • Responsible, patient, and customer-focused attitude

  • Basic computer skills (POS systems, messaging tools, etc.)
