Job Title: Customer Service Representative (E-Bike Store)

Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our e-bike store team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing product information, assisting with purchases, and ensuring an excellent in-store and online customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Provide detailed information about electric bicycles, accessories, and services
Handle customer inquiries via in-store, phone, and online channels (e.g., chat, email)
Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and after-sales support
Coordinate with the technical team for repairs and maintenance requests
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge or interest in electric bicycles or mobility products is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Responsible, patient, and customer-focused attitude
Basic computer skills (POS systems, messaging tools, etc.)
