Organize and maintain project documents, reports, and records

-Responsible for site Engineering works, planning, scheduling of work activity.

• Prepare documents needed for inspection as per consultant’s requirement.

• Attends technical and consultant progress meeting , Arrange coordination meeting with neighborhood

• Prepare presentation slides for client discussion.

• Ensure safety compliance is properly implemented to control risk.

-Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications

-Assist in project scheduling, reporting, and documentation

-Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

• Prepares closing report during authority inspection.

• Submit RFA/RFI for approval.

• Prepare MOS for rectification and work execution.

-Issue workers with safety permits and carrying out risk assessment

-Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP)

-Identify defects and follow up on QA/QC matters

-Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
