Job Vacancy: Class 4 Bus Driver (Singapore)

1. Basic Information (基本信息)

• Job Title: Class 4 Bus Driver

• Role: Shuttle/Chartered service (No heavy lifting required)

• Work Pass: NTS WP (Specifically for Bangladeshi or Indian candidates)

• Age: Below 45 years old

• Vacancies: 2 positions

1. Salary & Compensation (薪酬待遇)

• Gross Salary: 3,500 – 4,000+ (Current employees' average)

• Commission Structure (Trips):

• Minimum 5 trips per day required.

• Starting from the 6th trip, an incentive of 10 – 16 per trip will be added.

• Housing Allowance: S$250 per month.

• Benefits: Annual Leave as per MOM regulations.

1. Working Hours & Rest (工作时间)

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Includes rest breaks/split shifts).

• Off Days: 4 days per month.

1. Job Requirements & Training (工作要求与培训)

• License: Must possess a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License.

• Experience: Proven experience in bus driving is required.

• Vocational License (BDVL): Candidate must obtain the Bus Driver’s Vocational License (BDVL) after joining.

• Probation/First Month:

• Salary for the 1st month: S$600.

• Duties: General work and route familiarization.
