Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance, support, and solutions for customers in the field of cloud-native and container platforms (Kubernetes).
Deliver on-site guidance and training for product trials and help customers solve technical problems.
Act as a technical communication bridge between customers and the company to maintain strong customer relations.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide after-sales technical support and prepare project proposals, bids, and implementation plans.
Manage ticket processing and collect client/market needs to provide feedback for back-end product and R&D teams.
Participate in marketing activities, keynote speeches, and carry out technical exchanges with partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
1+ years of working experience in IT and Internet-related companies.
Familiarity with mainstream technology and company products in the cloud computing industry.
Proficient in both Chinese and English (Required to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and manage China market-oriented business).
Experience in After-sales, R&D, or operation and maintenance of medium and large-scale projects is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to various audiences.
