Location: Kallang wave mall
Working day: 6 days (Rest day fall on weekday)
Working hour: Retail Working Hour (11am-10pm, can leave at 9pm if no booking)

Job Scope:
·Test and be familiar with all VR games offered
·Guide and explain the VR games experience’s rules and procedures to customers.
·Oversee operation of the VR game station and carry out technical troubleshooting, e.g. PC, VR system, VR game etc.
·VR equipment maintenance and repair (training provided)
·Answer customer questions and provide appropriate service packages and manage bookings.
·Responsible for attending to all customers and closing sales.
·Other operational work (eg cashiering, cleaning, disinfecting etc).
·Duties and obligations as may be designated by the Company and which are reasonably consistent with your job title
·Able to work independently
·Self-motivated and possess initiative to achieve targets set
Job Requirement:
Passion in VR games. Basic PC skills.
Diligent and out-going personality.
Customer service oriented and good communication skills.
Good team player who is driven, pro-active with a positive attitude and comfortable with a dynamic environment
Experience in the service/retail industry is an advantage.
