💼 Responsibilities | 职责范围
Quality Standards: Define garment construction and workmanship standards. 质量标准： 制定成衣结构、工艺细节及做工标准。
Production Inspection: Oversee Inline and Final Random Inspections (FRI) using AQL standards. 生产检验： 基于 AQL 标准监督产中及尾期随机抽检。
Fabric & Lab Testing: Manage fabric physical/chemical testing and color matching (Lab-dip) approval. 面料测试： 管理面料理化测试及对色（Lab-dip）审批。
Vendor Management: Evaluate factory technical capabilities and conduct social compliance audits. 供应商管理： 评估工厂技术能力，并进行社会责任合规审核。
Technical Support: Resolve fitting issues and technical defects with the merchandising team. 技术支持： 与跟单团队协作，解决版型及生产技术缺陷。
🎓 Requirements | 职位要求
Experience: 3+ years in apparel QC/QA, familiar with woven and knit products. 经验要求： 3年以上服装质检经验，熟悉梭织及针织产品。
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of AQL 2.5/4.0, ISO, and REACH standards. 技术能力： 精通 AQL 抽检标准、ISO 体系及 REACH 等环保法规。
Languages: Excellent command of English and Mandarin (Written & Spoken). 语言能力： 精通中英文（书面及口语），需沟通海外设计师与工厂。
Competency: Sharp eye for detail, ethical integrity, and frequent travel required. 核心能力： 视觉敏锐，职业操守过硬，需适应出差安排。
