Tea Barista (Full-Time) 调茶师 / 店员

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: SGD 2,400 – 3,000 / month + Attendance / Performance Bonus
Work Week: 6 days (including weekends and public holidays on rotation)

We are expanding rapidly in Singapore and are looking for enthusiastic Tea Baristas / Shop Crew Members to join our team.

Job Responsibilities / 工作职责
1. Beverage Preparation 饮品制作
Prepare milk tea, fruit tea, and other beverage items according to company recipes and standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
2. Customer Service 顾客服务
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
Provide product recommendations and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
3. Cashiering & Order Handling 收银与订单管理
Handle cash, POS transactions, and digital payments responsibly.
Manage daily sales reports and ensure order accuracy.
4. Store & Equipment Maintenance 店铺与设备维护
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and utensils.
Comply with SFA food hygiene standards and company SOPs.
5. Inventory & Restocking 库存与补货
Monitor ingredient levels and restock items when necessary.
Conduct basic stock checks and assist in goods receiving.
Requirements / 任职要求
No prior experience required (training provided).
Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to adapt to shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic English or Mandarin communication ability preferred.
