Common room to rent out to either one female,two females or husband and wife..no boyfriend or girlfriend..no cooking..have Aircon .two mins walk from bus stop to Tampines bus inter change..walking distance to many coffeeshops, supermarkets,clinic and dental clinics,hair salons..no other tenants in the house.. bathroom will only be used by the tenants (if this common room rent out)
