【职位要求 / Requirements】

· 熟练掌握以下一项或多项技能：

水电工（水暖+电工） ·瓦工（贴砖、砌墙） ·木工（做柜子、吊顶） ·油漆工 ·地板安装工 ·防水工 ·杂工/万能工（会多种技能） ·各类安装工（橱柜、门窗、卫浴）

备注： 会开车、有驾照者优先。”。

· Must be skilled in one or more of the following: · Plumber & Electrician

· Tiler (Tile laying, wall building)

· Carpenter (Cabinet making, ceiling installation)

· Painter

· Flooring Installer

· Waterproofing Specialist

· Handyman / Multi-skilled Worker (Proficient in multiple skills)

· Various Installers (Cabinet, door/window, bathroom fixture installation)

Note: Candidates with a driver’s license and driving experience will be given priority.
