• 与招生团队合作,优化工作流程,提升服务质量。
• 与市场团队协作,制作有吸引力的宣传材料,包括宣传册、网站内容及社交媒体活动。
• 代表学校参加教育展会、学校访问及国际招生活动。
任职要求:
• 本科及以上学历,专业不限。
• 1–3年招生、招生管理或客户服务相关经验。
• 精通中英文。
• 具备卓越的人际交往与沟通能力,能够与多元化的家庭及合作伙伴建立联系。
• 以客户为中心,热衷于提供卓越的服务体验。

The Senior Admissions Consultant will be responsible for driving the student recruitment process, helping to attract and enroll students. This position requires a deep understanding of the admissions process, excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, and the ability to engage effectively with prospective students and families. You will manage inquiries, guide families through the application process, and provide expert advice to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings, fostering strong connections with potential applicants.
• Act as the primary contact for prospective students and families, providing comprehensive information on school programs, values, and admissions criteria.
• Conduct personalized consultations to assess student fit, guide families through the application process, and address their unique needs.
• Review and process student applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Provide timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth and positive admissions experience for applicants.
• Monitor students' progress, maintain close communication with parents to address concerns, build trust, and enhance relationships to encourage parent referrals.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline workflows and enhance service quality.
• Partner with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, website content, and social media campaigns.
• Represent the school at education fairs, school visits, and international recruitment events.
Qualifications:
• A degree or diploma in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or customer service.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse families and partners.
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Preferred Attributes:
• Experience in international student recruitment.
• Knowledge of the local education landscape in Singapore.
