Job Summary:

The Quality Checker is responsible for ensuring that all precision-engineered components and products meet stringent quality standards and specifications. This role involves conducting detailed inspections, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with production teams to implement quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection and Testing: Perform detailed inspections using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, CMM).

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspection results and prepare quality control reports.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.

• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement quality control process improvements.

• Calibration and Maintenance: Ensure measuring instruments are calibrated and maintained.

• Packing of parts for delivery.

• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Education level: Minimum ITE/Nitec/Diploma or equivalent

• No experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools

• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in detecting deviations or defects.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Communication: Clear documentation and effective collaboration skills. Basic knowledge of English.

• Basic knowledge in precision measurement tools and understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T is preferred.

Working days/hrs: 5 weekdays, 8:30am to 6:15pm

Location: Singapore, Loyang

Salary with Overtime: $1800- $2700 monthly
