Operation and maintenance service problem management, able to be problem-oriented and promote the team to solve existing problems at work;
Handle customer complaints on behalf of the company;
According to changes in business needs, improve and optimize existing work processes and promote the implementation of specific measures;
Complete other tasks related to operation and maintenance services assigned by the company.
More than 5 years of IT service management experience;
Good teamwork spirit, able to cooperate with multiple people and departments;
Able to undertake high-load work and adapt to irregular business trips;
Able to adapt to working styles across time zones, borders and cultures;
Good at thinking and summarizing, proactive in work, and strong sense of responsibility;
Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English;
Bachelor degree or above.
