Product Manager_Corporate Banking(digital)
Product Marketing
• implement and manage the marketing strategy for Corporate Banking areas to align with the business goals
• work collaboratively with Product Owner and Relationship Manager to execute marketing projects to a consistently high standard
• implement and manage marketing channels including website, social media account (WeChat), EDM (email marketing), API platform and external digital channels.
• work with design agencies to develop multi-channel promotions and marketing materials including brochure, poster, EDM, product manual, user guide of features, etc.
• manage campaign strategy within budget and on time, including internal workshops, webinars, contest and external exhibition participation i.e. Singapore Fintech Festival, MAS Fintech Awards, etc.
• manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
Product Management
• implement and manage as a product owner of cross-border e-bill payment, Corporate PayNow, global payroll, smart account, e-commerce platform and the related products,
• maintain existing clients and liaise with relationship managers to expand potential customers to meet KPIs of the goals
• take strong responsibility of online banking and the related products usage, data analysis and customers’ feedback and demand quick response
Project Management
• Innovative Solution Projects Management, including the collaboration with cross-border E-commerce platform, Major Payment Institutions and QR Code/digital collection solutions for local merchants, etc.
• MAS/ABS Industry-wide Projects Management, contribute ideas and make product marketing strategy, including eDDA, PayNow & SGQR, DirectFAST, etc.
Partnership Management
• leverage partnerships with Educational Institutions, E-commerce platforms, third-party payment, public institutions to help deliver better solutions to end users.
• ensure successful executions of key initiatives while ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Person specification
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, Business or related fields
Work Experience: more than 5 years' of work experience in a digital banking or corporate banking industry
Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English, proficiency in business Chinese (Mandarin) is essential
Other:
• integrated digital marketing and social media experience especially WeChat
• in-depth experience in financial services marketing, preferably at Corporate Digital Banking
• project management experience, including measuring and monitoring results
• a focus on campaign management and strong digital marketing capabilities
• the ability to understand and simplify information to create clear, compelling communication
• ability to handle and deliver on multiple priorities simultaneously
• interest in and good understand of both traditional finance and Fintech markets
• Fintech and e-commerce industry knowledge is a plus
• excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills
• an independent thinker, yet an accountable, collaborative team player
