Operations:
· Oversee daily operations in Central Kitchen (CK) to ensure it complies with company’s policies and procedures.
· Liaise with relevant departments in BreadTalk, and coordinate CK inter-department activities to achieve smooth CK operations with efficiency & productivity.
· Achieve and improve efficiency in all CK production departments to achieve cost optimization (COGS & Labour).
Hygiene and Quality Management:
• Ensure production output maintain the highest quality and sufficient quantity to support outlets operation.
• Implement Maintenance & Repairs program to ensure machinery, tools & equipment are well maintained to optimize cost & expenses.
• Participate in the certification process of HACCP and NEA grading – Target “A”.
• Ensure CK operation complied with all AVA requirements (maintain hygiene policy & practices, Quality control procedures & practices).
Development and Improvement:
· Work closely with Senior Management in development and improvement programs to improve CK process & work flow for future growth.
· Perform any other related duties assigned by Senior Management from time to time.
Employee Development:
· Team-building and continual development of CK individual and all staff level on their career advancement with BreadTalk.
REQUIREMENT
· 5-8 years’ experience in similar position
· AVA requirements, HACCP & Hygiene standard
· Good knowledge of ERP, SAP, MRP, WMS
· Meticulous person with good organizational skills
· Good leadership, coordination skills, interpersonal skills and team work skill
· Good time management skills and multi-task handling skills
· Good analytical and negotiation skills
· Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
· Good logical thinking
· Self-motivated and fast learner
