JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Be familiarized with the systems and work processes
• Responsible for the daily operation process, ensuring service expectation
• Manage issues identified by users in the back-end systems support as well as community platform
• Administrate and ensure full compliance with all policies and regulations of customer
• Provide helpdesk and quality support service to all end-users
• On-time escalation of issues and risks to the Team
• Work closely with marketing and CS team in all time
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments for the improvement of operational efficiency
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 2 years functional knowledge/experience in backend operations, preferably in Banking/Finance industry
• Willing to work in a rotating night shift arrangement including weekends and public holidays
• Interest in crypto/blockchain/technology space is desirable
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin as to liaise with Chinese counterpart.
• Solid knowledge in computer operating
• Ability to think from a global viewpoint and big-picture mindset
• Meticulous, alert and have an eye for figures & details
