Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving and growing company revenue.

To develop new business and increase customer base.

Identifies marketing opportunities of new customers.

Participate in site showaround and be involved in tender and procurement.

To prepare & monitor sales volume and revenues on a regular basis.

Follow-up on sales enquiries email.

Requirements

Possess at least a diploma in Civil Engineering or or relevant filed .

Knowledge of basic engineering drawing.

Can be travelling frequently.

Preferably with prior experience in similar capacity in Architect firm and/or construction industry.

Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills

A strong sense of achievement and motivation to excel in Sales.

Able to speak fluently and write well in English and Mandarin (to handle queries and feedbacks from English and Mandarin speaking clients)

Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently.

Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
