Hiring: Project Executive (Interior Construction Company)
Job Responsibilities
• To tick off quantity of tender layouts
• Prepare Master programme and ensure work progresses in accordance with schedule
• Coordinate all aspects of the project works with client, consultants and subcontractors
• Monitoring and controlling in terms of schedule, cost, quality, resources, procurement and risk
• Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing
• Overseeing project including on-site project co-ordination and scheduling
• Develops and reviews project status, reports and scheduling project follow-up meetings as needed
• Manage DLP maintenance program and A&A works
• Reports to Project Manager
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Assist in tender projects (preparing of tender documents, proposals and presentation materials)
• Attend to incoming enquiries via phone, email and walk-in customers
• Undertake any other duties and assignments which shall from time to time be assigned to you.

Job Requirements
• Minimum Diploma
• Possess energy, integrity, dedication, personality, and a positive attitude
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• A team player and is able to communicate well with others
• Experience in interior design and/or furniture industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge in AutoCad, SketchUp & Photoshop. Proficiency will be an advantage
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experience in Quantity and Material estimate for Commercial Interior Design or other industries will be a plus
• Able to understand layout plans, architectural finishes and installation methods
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong communication skills/organizational skills
• 1 year of experience preferred, entry level candidates are welcome to apply
