Lead the bakery production workers and comply company policies and operations standards.
Train and educate workers to follow SOPS and food safety standards.
Assist in creating and maintaining effective work schedule to meet production.
Perform all other duties and projects as assigned.
At least 2 years supervisory experiences in Bakery factory.
