Job Descriptions:

Primarily to provide the Changi Experience performing Counter and Roving Operations

Counter Duties (answering all types of enquiries, WIFI passwords, way finding, managing Lost & Found)

Rovers with iPad while moving around Changi Airport terminals (reaching out to passengers, MOPs)

Engineering WOW activities to delight passengers

WOW events (e.g. festival dancing with passengers, friendship day tying of friendship bands for tourists, soccer and movie screening, entertaining kids with balloons sculpturing, magic performances)

Requirements

Able to speak Mandarin and English

Good communicator and inter-personal skills to interact with passengers

A friendly deposition with a warm smile

Team Player

Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment

Singaporeans Only

Working Hours

Work 4 days Off 2 days (Rotating Shift)

Morning Shift : 0530H - 1530H

Afternoon Shift 1300H - 0100H

Transportation

Transport provided for 0530H, 1500H and 0100H (mini bus)

Others

1 month in-house training and uniform will be provided
