Responsibilities:

Design and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works

Liaise with other consultants, contractors & authorities from inception to completion of projects

Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to authorities and clients

Manage projects to meet the time cost and quality objectives

Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during the course of construction of projects

Prepare and submit Bill of Quantities for Clients

Site Survey, prepare and submit Quotation to Clients

Submit Progress Claim and settlement of final account for the works completed

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Good project management and communication skills

Candidates with knowledge of design and analysis of structures under dynamic loading,e.g. blast, would be advantageous

Candidates with knowledge of Autocad, Sketch up 3D

Required Languages: Chinese and English
