Job Scope

• Handling Enquiries

• Update of data entry, maintain reports

• Provide admin support to outlet Manager

• Follow-up on sales

• Arranging of class schedules, duty roster etc

• Gather and disseminate information to staff

• Handling facilities management

Requirements

• Minimum ‘O’ levels

• Able to read & write Chinese

• Familiar with HanYu Pinyin

• Experience in customer service

• Able to work on weekends
